Wuxi Huaguang Automobile Parts Group Co., Ltd dates from December 1990. It was established by Mr. Bo Zhudong and the original name was Wuxi Huaguang Accessories Company. In the early years, it produced the home-made metal pars for SVW, such as roof molding and glass rail of Santana. And it gradually supplied for Changchun FAW VW, Citroen and become the assigned supplier of car metal parts of the above three Car bases. Since the establishment of the joint venture Wuxi Inoue Huaguang Car Parts Co., Ltd with Japan INOAC in May 1995, we have also established Changchun Huaguang Automobile Parts co., Ltd., Wuxi L&H Automobile Parts Co., Ltd, Wuxi Huaguang Wuhu Branch, Wuxi Fuhua Automobile Spares Co., Ltd and Yancheng Jinyoung Auto Parts Co., Ltd. one after another by the method of joint-venture and cooperative business.
Wuxi Huaguang Automobile Parts Group Co., Ltd was established on October 18th 2002 to collectively centralize the above 7 subsidiary corporations. The sales revenues of group in 2009 are 780million and for 2010 the forecast sales will exceed 1000million. Presently, the company has four kinds of products: Car metal parts, Car non-metal parts, Car seat suspension parts and Auto-step pads (for export). It has 1000 employees, of which above 20% are engineering people. So the technical personnel are very strong and can synchronously do research-development with OEM. The products comprise Joint-venture brand products of AUDI, VOLKSWAGEN, PEUGEOT- CITROEN, GM, TOYOTA, NISSAN etc. and domestic brand products of CHERY, JAC etc. The quality management completely complies with the requirements of TS16949 and has passed the ISO 14001 environmental management system certification.
